The Solvit Telescopic ramp is clearly the best ramp available on the market, very light very strong and easy to use, this ramp does not flex even with the heaviest of breeds and can carry a huge 180 kg (400lb) in load.

The Solvit telescoping design is the secret to making this ramp so easy to use - just slide it out to use and slide it in to stow. No clumsy folding and unfolding required. It is infinitely adjustable from 39" to 72" which makes this telescopic dog ramp our most versatile dog ramp, ideal for all cars but especially the higher backed vehicles and 4 x 4's (if the measurement of your boot to the floor is no more than 30") when it is fully-extended, for lower vehicles just shorten the ramp when space is limited or when the upper surface isn't as high, such as a bed, couch, or minivan.

A high-traction walking surface (similar to sandpaper) gives pets a sure footing, especially on steep inclines, in addition raised sidewalls provide even greater safety, these features make it safe and reassuring, even for more nervous dogs.

Most dogs appreciate a very stable ramp and this one by its telescoping nature does not flex and stays rigid even when a very heavy dog uses the ramp.The dog ramp also includes a convenient carry handle, and safety release latch to prevent accidental opening. The ultra-stiff design utilizes four rubber feet to keep the ramp stable while in use.

"Excellent product, very sturdy and easy to use. (No flexing when dogs are walking on it). Fits onto our ML perfectly (which is pretty high off the ground) with not too steep an incline. "We bought this for one of our elderly dogs to use as his very arthritic legs makes it impossible for him to jump into the car and he is extremely heavy to lift. It took him a couple of days to get used to it - he was better going up than coming down the ramp but he copes well now - bribes worked a treat! The ramp has a very good gripping surface, and although very sturdy isn't too heavy to handle easily.

We use it with a Citroen Berlingo and the length of the ramp fully extended at the rear of the car makes a nice gentle slope for the dog to walk up. I can highly recommend this - well worth the money. Delivery was excellent – very prompt.

"Thanks for the prompt delivery of this ramp, I felt I should write to tell you how pleased we are with this product. It is robust, does not flex under the weight of my Labrador hence she is confident to use it and there are no problems getting her in and out of my 4x4.

"The ramp arrived this afternoon and I am AMAZED at the speed it has reached me in south-west France, 2 days is a record, many thanks.

Delighted with the ramp, it opens easily and is very firm, I like the way the length can be adjusted and the walking surface doesn't slip at all. I have two GSD's, one was up and down it straightaway and the other, who weighs 36kg and looses his balance really quickly on slippy surfaces, has already mastered it this afternoon, with the help of masses of treats. I didn't expect him to take to it so quickly, so I am very happy!

I have a Citroen Berlingo and use the ramp for getting the dogs on the back seat or in the boot.
