Deluxe Telescopic Dog Ramp by Solvit
The Solvit Telescopic ramp is clearly the best ramp available on the market, very light very strong and easy to use, this ramp does not flex even with the heaviest of breeds and can carry a huge 180 kg (400lb) in load.
The Solvit telescoping design is the secret to making this ramp so easy to use - just slide it out to use and slide it in to stow. No clumsy folding and unfolding required. It is infinitely adjustable from 39" to 72" which makes this telescopic dog ramp our most versatile dog ramp, ideal for all cars but especially the higher backed vehicles and 4 x 4's (if the measurement of your boot to the floor is no more than 30") when it is fully-extended, for lower vehicles just shorten the ramp when space is limited or when the upper surface isn't as high, such as a bed, couch, or minivan.
A high-traction walking surface (similar to sandpaper) gives pets a sure footing, especially on steep inclines, in addition raised sidewalls provide even greater safety, these features make it safe and reassuring, even for more nervous dogs.
Most dogs appreciate a very stable ramp and this one by its telescoping nature does not flex and stays rigid even when a very heavy dog uses the ramp.The dog ramp also includes a convenient carry handle, and safety release latch to prevent accidental opening. The ultra-stiff design utilizes four rubber feet to keep the ramp stable while in use.
The Deluxe Telescoping Pet Ramp carries a one year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
Please ensure you have checked the stored measurements of this ramp before ordering.

|15-Jul-2014||Very pleased with this product. Used for our Labrador who had operation and too heavy for us to lift, 25kg. Easy to use and our dog took to it quite easily with two of us guiding her on the ramp with a treat at her nose. Very glad we bought it. Well constructed, stable and good quality materials.|

|14-Jul-2014||My dog don't mind walking on it, he is 50 kg & the ramp is very sturdy.|
|12-Jul-2014||Good product - good grippy surface, product let down by frailty of carrying handle - broke on first use, possibly due to being damaged in transit.|

Needed urgently for Weimaraner diagnosed with tumour but also useful for Petite Bassett Griffon Vendeen as just purchased a higher backed 4x4 which she struggles to jump into. Tried a tri fold ramp alongside the Solvit Telescopic ramp, the Solvit was by far the best for the dogs to use, it sits firmly against the back of the car and doesn't move as they use it - all 3 dogs (2 Weims, 1 Bassett) took to using it straight away. Yes you need to watch your fingers if you are going to let it quickly slide open! You also need space to carry it in the car and it would be useful to have some attachment to help secure it stood on its side in the car. Overall really pleased with purchase and would recommend.|
|08-Jul-2014||The ramp is good and by using a biscuit I was able to get my dog to use it quite easily and he was fine with it. |07-Jul-2014||Ramp is really good. Just one thing that I feel needs to be changed, the ramps covering.Would be better with a rubber non slip ramp.|
|05-Jul-2014||Works very well. Only took a couple of attempts to get my 10 year old Goldens used to it and saves the jarring jump into and out of the car (high backed 4x4). Light and strong with no flexing. Thoroughly recomended.|

I have a 10 year old 50kg GSD with bad arthritis in the front legs, I was using a cheaper wooden ramp which was almost as long, but narrower without raised sides, she was very nervous using it and would sometimes fall off it. She took to this ramp very quickly, and uses it happily, without prompting only after 3 times, It is well built, sturdy and very light. It is well designed to rest on the rear bumper of my Volvo 940 estate, though the XL version would be more suited to SUVs, otherwise the gradient would be too steep. Probably the best ramps on the market.|
|29-Jun-2014||The light weight and compact size make the ramp easy to manoeuvre and carry in the car. It will be a tremendous asset when our rapidly growing Newfoundland pup gets even bigger than at present. And she took to using it so readily.|
|28-Jun-2014||Service was very good - fast & efficient|
|24-Jun-2014||Catch is flimsy, needs to be stronger as when opening ramp slicing your finger is a strong possibility due to the weight , thank you||
These ramps are the best on the market for sure, when you open the ramp it is important that you hold the two parts together as it is free running until you place it down at an angle when it locks automatically for safety.
|21-Jun-2014||Fantastic product and advice|
