Just a note to say thank you. I received Shep’s replacement tyres yesterday and he is a happy dog again – riding around in his stroller.

I was so impressed with your response that today I ordered a full body lifting harness from your company!

It is not easy to deal with a disabled dog – especially a 30kg one! It really helps though when problems such as these are dealt with in a kind and sympathetic manner.

Customer service second to none. Ordered bank holiday Monday and received on the Wednesday. Informed what day to expect delivery and on the day given a hour time slot and drivers name. Superb would definitely recommend and would use again without worry. P.S. I am a genuine customer this is not made up. All shops on line and in the high street should take a leaf out of your book. Fantastic. Thank you.
