Invest in a raised dog bed this autumn

Winter is nearly upon us and it is vital to ensure your dogs are prepared for the quick change in weather and temperature. One of the main things to change would be their beds. Similarly to humans changing their duvet to a winter one, we must ensure our dogs are kept warm and dry in the winter to prevent illness and discomfort. The easiest way to do this would be to invest in a raised dog bed.

After wet winter walks your dog will want to rest and what better way to dry out than having a snooze on a mesh raised dog bed which helps dry your dog faster as the air can circulate underneath the bed, drying your dog without them making the bed wet which will result in a damp, bad smelling dog bed. We find our customers love how washable these beds are which is essential in the winter. Simple wipe clean or power wash outside and they will be dry in minutes!

These raised dog beds lift your dog up off the cold damp floor ensuring that they stay warmer and dryer. This is essential when the temperatures drop below zero as even though the temperature may rise above freezing, the ground can stay below freezing for much longer which is a great reason to get a dog elevated onto a raised dog bed.

Comfort is a major point to consider whilst choosing a dog bed. These raised beds mould to your dogs body meaning they are extremely comfortable for your dog but also have great health benefits as there would be no pressure points so your dog should sleep better  on these types of raised beds.
