We researched kennels on line and liked the designs and the information given regarding their solidity compared to GRP kennels. we decided to proceed with the purchase of two Thermal Kennels. Earlier in the year we had purchased a GRP kennel as an isolation kennel from another company and have been disappointed with the somewhat flimsy construction material and also the door locks and catches are ill fitting. We required something which was stronger and more durable.

We wanted a kennel that was more solidly built using stronger materials for a more exposed site. We liked the raft like base which could be easily moved should we find this necessary it was easy to install by a helpful and efficient team with good quality door catches. The installation team were pleasant, prompt, hard working and efficient- even at 6.30 in the morning! Our overall experience of the kennel, construction and installation has been a very positive good experience.

Tim , I would just like to express my gratitude in the supply and erection of the Thermal apex Kennel and Run I have just purchased from you for our German Shepherd. Firstly in respect of your service thank you very much for keeping me fully informed as to the progress of when the kennel would be ready . The kennel is state of the art .I am really impressed by the fit and finish .I know you have described the kennel as being the “best on the market”. Having seen other kennels, I fully agree with you and even though your kennel is slightly more expensive than others , consider it money well spent when you consider how long it will last for an its superior thermal qualities compared to the other products I had seen .

Our dog seems very content  with your kennel which has the advantage of a covered run as well . Finally, please express my thanks to your fitters who turned up on time and left the site immaculate

I recently ordered a 3 kennel block each with separate runs after visiting Tim and inspecting the thermal wood grain kennel on site. From start to finish they were most helpful in designing and advising us on our plans plus accommodating our particular requirements. Delivery was swift and the guys installing the kennels were great – efficient, organised and very helpful.

The kennels have received many admiring comments and are an attractive addition to our garden. The wood grain effect is lovely and very much in keeping with our countryside setting. We are now using the kennels and they are brilliant! The thermal qualities are excellent, they are super easy to clean out and even during the recent storms they remained watertight and snug. I love them but most of all, so do my dogs!

Tim and the team were recommended to the Charity when we were looking to install dog kennels into hostels so homeless people could stay with their dogs.

Their service and support is second to none, from design to installation. We are all delighted with the kennels we continue to install across the U.K.
